Situated 10km from Lacanau and 50km from Bordeaux, Bombannes is an exceptional location : a sandy beach lined by a protect pine forest between the Carcans-Maubuisson Lake (the largest in France) and the ocean waves.
You will enjoy a natural environment which offers the freedom of wide open spaces criss-crossed with cycle trails (120km) and numerous facilities.
Bombannes has a team of excellent watersports instructors who sail, windsurf, surf, and kitesurf. You can also feel safe in their hands as rescue facilites are always at hand for any situation that might occur.
From beginner to advanced, anyone can come to enjoy a fantastic surfing holiday!

Description of Accommodation
Village Nautique
With a 240 people capacity, you can guarantee there is always going to be a lively atmosphere. Rooms are for 3 or 4 with shower and washbasin. Rooms for two available (separate beds, surcharge to be paid upon registration) to be reserved at the time of registration. The linen are provided (once a week).
Terrace overlooking the lake, bar. For surfing guests, lunch on the beach or at the Maison de la Glisse at Carcan.In La Santa, you will be staying in the 2-storey Surf House.
Facilities : Beach soccer, basketball, pool table, tennis, Playstation 2, beach volleyball (access outside the supervised session times), evening social programme.
Staff: The residence has friendly, trained staff who will be on hand throughout your stay to help and share their knowledge on the local area. As well as having great hospitality skills staff are chosen for their enthousiasmand passion for watersports.
